Jodie has been singing for as long as she can remember. She has a Bachelor of Music Performance from the Victorian College of the Arts where she was a recipient of many scholarships and prizes and has Jodie has sung in the UK and Europe. Upon returning to Australia Jodie began working with Melbourne Opera in the chorus, in small principle roles and as understudy for many roles with the company including Violetta in La Traviata, Maria in Maria Stuarda and Josephine in HMS Pinafore.

Jodie's most notable roles for Melbourne Opera include Bertha in The Barber of Seville and Kate in Madame Butterfly. Jodie is the female chorus captain for Melbourne Opera and has performed in excess of 20 operas with the company to date.
