Puccini Gala, including Suor Angelica

Melbourne Opera presents two special Puccini Gala concerts celebrating the composers centenary.
Acclaimed international stars Helena Dix and Deborah Humble lead a concert performance of Puccini’s moving one act masterpiece Suor Angelica.
In the second half of the program be enthralled with highlights of Madam Butterfly, Tosca, Manon Lescaut, La Bohème and Turandot,  featuring many of Australia’s top singers led by Lee Abrahmsen. Melbourne Opera Chorus and Orchestra conducted by Greg Hocking and Raymond Lawrence.
